If you purchased the item from a retail store please refer to the store’s return policy.

We stand by the quality & efficacy of our plant medicine. We do not offer refunds however if you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We will however offer refunds for any product damaged during shipment. Please reach out with your order number to hi@cleban.com.


Processing

We are a small family-run business with few busy hands, orders are processed within 5 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Items available for Pre-Order will be processed only on the advertised release date in the order it was received.

Shipping

We ship within the U.S.A, Canada & Japan via USPS First Class/Priority Mail & Canada Post.

USA - 3-5 business days after dispatch

Canada - 5-10 business days after dispatch, pending release from Customs.

Japan- 8-10 business days after dispatch. (not including any potential delays with customs). Any additional fees including taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use English characters when inputing your Name and Address. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
